Gluing drywall on the glue – just time-consuming and technically difficult task, which will be feasible only under certain set of conditions.
Firstly, it is important to know that the foundation must comply with fairly stringent requirements: be strong, not deformed, heat-insulated, moisture-resistant, does not have spots of different origin, not to be painted with oil paint or other substances that could impair adhesion.
Also, the drywall is not glued on fresh cement and concrete mixtures; first they must dry thoroughly.
If all rules are met, then we can start preparing. It is necessary to carefully examine the wall, because they are often irregular, which increases the cost of the glue. Do not forget that prior to cut plasterboard to size suitable to you, given the holes for ventilation, and so on. You can cut drywall with special knives, but it is better for this purpose use the machines for cutting, so it turns smoother and better. Main accurately outline the borders and not make mistakes, because to alter the work will not work. For sticking drywall using a special glue "Perlfiks", which is applied in a certain way: either trademarks or small groups throughout the leaf area at a distance of 30 to 40 centimeters from each other.
Sheet coated with adhesive firmly against the wall and secured "tapping" with a rubber mallet until the desired level. Do not forget that the flatness of the sheet to be sure to check the level and make sure you did everything correctly.
Gluing drywall – a good alternative to mounting on the metal profile, because this method not only takes less time but also saves valuable space in the house. Also, do not forget that before attaching drywall to make installation of buried wire and cut holes for outlets and switches.
